Paper filigree also known as paper quilling is an art work made out of paper strips that are rolled, shaped, decorated and glued. These paper strips are not only used to make some decorative items it is also used to make jewellery which are in trend now. HISTORY:
During Renaissance , French and Italian nuns used this paper art to decorate book covers and religious items. Then in 18th century , quilling became popular among European ladies.
